Haha, yeah. I've got to get some practice in though as I've never really paused at the bottom and the meet in in about 4 weeks. Not nearly enough hours in the dya!

Pausing all my bench reps in training has made meets seem like a breeze. Pausing all the reps has also made my bench "sky rocket." Take that with a grain of salt, as it still sucks.
