225 x 1 - done. legs are stupid sore from Monday's work. Do not want an injury right now and they are sore enough that I'm afraid my form will be compromised.

That's a heck of a lotta reps over 400 on those deadlifts, Brute! I like the ambition to think about squatting afterward!

Good stuff, Brute. Big things coming this year. You'll get the 315 bench soon for sure, but don't race Jim! He's sandbagging you.

Still, 3/4/5 right there in your grasp real soon. Nice.
