BB Row 135 x 7 - ever wonder why there are strange numbers? I just do reps till I get bored on the first warmup 185 x 3 225 x 3 - light 245 x 1 - think i bruised my torso hitting it with the bar. good speed 275 x 0 - got scared of the weight 275 x 1 - yeah buddy. 205 x 10 205 x 6 205 x 5 Lat Pull Down - single arm attachment with dual cables or something. i dunno. 85 x 6 100 x 12 100 x 11 100 x 8 T-Bar Row - plate weight only 45 x 10 90 x 5 135 x 5 180 x 3 90 x 10 DB Row 90 x 2 120 x 2 140 x 2 150 x 3 DB Hammer Curl 45 x 1 - felt like more strain that I wanted 30 x 15 30 x 15
