Thanks Ravi, everything is good. Just taking the week off of heavy stuff as I'm starting to feel a little beat up. Big weights resume Monday!

Thanks Swede. I do train events some, but I'm limited to what I can really do with the equipment I have. I may get some tire work and yoke work in next week though if there is enough daylight.

Always a good thing to shed a bit off fat. Dang it anyway, I was able to avoid the typical New Years resolution to lose weight the last few years, but I think it's now time for me to get it done this year. How much are you looking to shed? I'm looking at about 15-20 lbs. I always want to be above 200.

You look to be about the same size as me in the pic. Well done buddy!

I'm sitting at about 305# right there. I'm thinking 40 pounds would be good, 265 feels like a more healthy weight for me. I've been meaning to drop in the the 260s for a while now, but I keep finding a reason not to. No more!
