Thanks Mike! I think once I get the mechanics of it worked out, 300 will happen soon. 3 wheels on bench will make that 1300 total a lot easier to reach!

Thanks Jim! Rack pulls are my ego lift. They also do a nice job stretching my upper back, really helps my neck out.

Bench is the most technical lift I've tried, way worse than even log pressing or tire flipping, but it will get there. And yeah, those rows are nasty.

365 x 60 singles in 20 minutes.

I had more, but burst capillaries in my left eye and both hands. Hands started to swell and didn't want to cause any real damage so shut it down.

Man, you gave that challenge your all and sure lived up to your namesake. 3 singles per minute pace is just jaw dropping endurance and power. I really think your an awesome deadlifter.

Story time.
Kid, maybe a buck fifty, swaggers over to me and asks why anyone would lift without shoes. I tried to explain to him that 1. it gets me closer to the ground and 2. it increases stability.

He told me that I don't know what I'm talking about, that he can squat over 400, his dad squats 850, blah blah. I told him to prove it and he had a bunch of excuses. I know, he's in high school, and I'm a competitive strongman, what the hell do i know.

He then proceeded to do shaky reps with 225 on 1/4 squats and tell me he doesn't need to go parallel because he plays football. I just walked away, there was nothing constructive that I could say.
