Throw away session today. I've overreached a little too much and am paying for it. Massive back cramps during benching, bench that was 3" below regulation didn't help either. Repeating this whole thing next week.

Big lifting. Hitting a heavy bench for more than a single is never easy unless you have reliable spotters.

Squats are brutal after deadlifts. I take them slow into the hole and work on keeping upright, destroys my legs pretty well and spares my lower back as much of a beating as the low bar variety.
