Main lift (deadlifts) were good. The usual story for me, first lift goes great, but after I'm pretty drained and things are hit or miss.

Two years ago this month I did my first real deadlift. 500 pounds is doable on any given day now. lets see what happens in another year.

Hips were tight and it was very early, but got things done. Weight felt VERY heavy, even at 225.
