Two years ago this month I did my first real deadlift. 500 pounds is doable on any given day now. lets see what happens in another year.

Can't wait. Handled 605 x 5 from knee height, not too heavy feeling today.
Hips were tight and it was very early, but got things done. Weight felt VERY heavy, even at 225. Squat Bar x 10 135 x 5 185 x 5 225 x 3 295 x 1 255 x 5 triples Rack pull from knee -> 3-4 inches lower than last time 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 5 405 x 5 495 x 3 605 x 5 -> PR + 110 pounds at this height Leg Press (in plates) 2 x 5 4 x 5 8 x 5 10 x 20 6 x 15
