Better squats today. Form was tighter, legs got hammered, back didn't Squat Bar x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 2 275 x 1 245 x 5 triples Hang Clean 155 x 5 triples Leg Press 260 x 5 350 x 5 440 x 5 530 x 5 620 x 10

3rd rep was "hard" for 4th and 5th set. Form stayed pretty good, stayed upright, which makes it tougher for me. In the long run its what I need to do, but right now I'm stronger in a good morning than a squat it seems.

Good session today. Rest times were a bit haphazard as I was taking videos,but rarely more than a minute for bench. Bench Bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 225 x 1 245 x 1 220 x 9 triples 220 x 2 DB Row 95 x 20 95 x 20 BNTP 135 x 10 135 x 5 135 x 5 -> move to 140 next time DB Curl 45 x 10 45 x 5 45 x 3 -> + 4 reps from last week.

I like that you tickled your CNS before doing the triples.
Squats look good. Solid, consistent reps. Dumbbell rows look powerful. You ever try them with one hand on the rack?

Thanks BtB. Haven't tried them with a hand on the rack. I'll try it out next time. I was worried I was using too much english on the rows and not hitting my back enough. Thanks for taking a look!
