That's some yoke walk. You must have a grip of iron and of course strong legs too.

So, good squats, meh everything else. Over ate on junk last night. This is the last time for a while. The Starnes interview make me look at things a little different. I need to start asking what the champion would do, not what I want to do. I'm weak, but the champion isn't.

225 x 3 - first time I've done reps after singles recently, killed everything afterwards. Better to rep on squats I suppose, but felt like a wimp on the leg press.

165 x 0 - there was nothing in my legs. Yes, this came up to my shoulders, but I just rowed the damn thing up.

Thanks BtB. And yeah, junk food before squat day is a bad idea.

Awesome stuff, Brute! Great progress on squats and bench, but that Yoke progress is huge. Nice.
