Power Clean 95 x 3 145 x 1 165 x 0 - there was nothing in my legs. Yes, this came up to my shoulders, but I just rowed the damn thing up. 145 x 3 145 x 2 Leg Press 170 x 5 260 x 5 350 x 5 440 x 5 530 x 5 - done.

Awesome stuff, Brute! Great progress on squats and bench, but that Yoke progress is huge. Nice.
