Thanks Rob! Using the double overhand, no, 155 got to about mid chest. I tried to continental it, but I need a real fat bar to do that, the standard bars are too thin to rest on my gut. The weirdest part (for me) is trying to convince the body to apply the force you know its capable of when you don't have a good grip on something. Thanks Ravi! Thanks Swede! 155 will happen soon

Strongman PRs today
Yoke Walk 265 x 20 yards x 2 365 x 15 yards x 2 405 x 15 yards x 2 445 x 15 yards x 1 455 x 20 yards x 1 -> 90 pound PR for full distance with no drops or other weird stuff Tire Flips Tire x 5 -> on the 5th flip, the gravel gave way beneath me and I hit the dirt hard. Called it there. No sense in actual injury. Flips went great other than that. Much more explosive.
