I'm liking it a lot. On the first set of the increased rest, I get impatient, but by the 3rd set, its starting to get pretty tough.

SM work.
Yoke Walk Warmups 365 x 25 yards x 2 - 14 seconds Tire Flips 7 flips @ 55 seconds - SLOOOOOOOOW, but it felt light 5 flips, technique work only

Big Deadlift session today. Nothing left after it though.
Deadlift 135 x 7 225 x 5 315 x 3 405 x 1 455 x 1 495 x 1 -> PR + 15 pounds 405 x 1 315 x 1 Squat 225 x 5 singles. felt like 1000 pounds, couldn't get going, called it before i got hurt Plank 3 x 20 seconds
