Thanks BtB. I'm not too worried about the miss. I hadn't planned on attempting 500 until I worked up to it with the progression in the routine, but yesterday needed some deadlifts. By the end of the year, its only going to be 90% (barring injury, major illness, etc)

Squats Bar x 5 135 x 8 185 x 5 225 x 3 275 x 1 325 x 1 325 x 1 325 x 1 325 x 1 Hang Clean 95 x 5 145 x 3 145 x 3 145 x 3 Leg Press 170 x 10 260 x 5 350 x 5 440 x 5 530 x 3 600 x 7 - legs began cramping up pretty bad 500 x 3 - still cramping Worked with a new guy on deadlifts. Quick learner. Went from leaning over and camel backing the bar up to using good solid form in about 10 minutes.
