Fantastic session today. Light weight, but hammered it hard, and left feeling more energized that when I went in. No strains, no fog, nice session. Thanks BtB. Wanted to do some cardio before I came up an lifted with the MAB family. Gave myself 60 seconds between deads and 30 for BTNs. I might go in and do a bodyweight circuit friday just to freak out the trainers, but nothing else taxing until saturday!
Ha! No doubt i will be feeling this tomorrow.
