Power cleans felt pretty snappy, even though I needed straps, and new PR for rack pulls Power Clean 95 x 5 145 x 5 170 x 1 190 x 5 singles Low Rack Pull 135 x 5 225 x 5 315 x 1 405 x 1 495 x 1 PR + 20 pounds 455 x 1 455 x 1 Push Press 135 x 5 185 x 1 205 x 1 205 x 1 205 x 1 + 1 single 155 x 3 155 x 4 155 x 3 -> 10 reps, add weight next week

Great work, your squats (well everything) is really coming along. I think you were at 275 not so long ago for squats so you're flying. As for dildo licker, I'd like to see you accidentally on purpose drop a plate on his toe/head.
All their BS just fuels the fire my friend.

Bench: A year ago, I thought I would never get past 4 reps @ 185. Bar x 5 95 x 5 135 x 5 185 x 3 215 x 1 190 x 10 190 x 7 190 x 5 -> 22 reps, more weight! BB Row 135 x 10 135 x 8 135 x 8: Wrist was a little beat up from squats and bench, will add 5 pounds to this next week and see if I can hit 3x10 Squat
