Strong work. You have some good natural strength.
You are RDLing the deadlift. I'll give you a couple pointers. First, your hips are starting way too low. When you start low, you are at a very poor leverage point. In this position, when you start to deadlift your hips are going to come up to seek a better leverage point and 9 times out of 10 you will RDL the deadlift, as seen in picture 2. Grab the bar with your hips up, THEN sink them until you feel you are in a strong position of leverage. Then deadlift. When deadlifting, don't think about pulling the bar off the ground. Think about standing up. Lead with the head and follow through with the hips. Where the head goes, the body follows. ![]() ![]() Watch my video. See how I sink my hips until get that good leverage point. Then I stand up and push my hips forward, Lastly, I lean back moving my shoulders behind the bar.
