Wassup MAB!
Wt 252lbs, which is a problem. lol i told myself that 250 was the cut off. So today my diet just got a little stricter. I'm thinking about going on a 2 wk cut diet and get down to about 235-240. idk, just a thought. Today i've been trying to get my mind correct for this 100 rep in 10 min squat challenge. Gotta have my mind right for that because i really want to complete this. I know it won't be the weight (250lbs) it'll be mind over matter. So i've been reading this quote and listening to my gospel to get encouraged and ready for a battle... "Men often become what they believe themselves to be.
