I'm a bit disappointed in yesterday's aimless meandering workout, but I have no one to blame but myself for allowing it. I went to work out with a coworker. I think he failed to catch on to my distaste for the lack of structure. Fortunately, there will be another chance to work out, and next time he comes along, I'm driving. I won't even log what we did yesterday, it fails to meet "workout" criteria.

Muay Thai for 1.5hrs

I'm thinking of trying to max next week. I should be able to squat/pull another 20lbs over my last singles of work sets if I just get a proper warmup and a couple easy singles to get the CNS ready. I want to hit a 1000 total on the 22nd when they do the tshirt meet here. It's not a competition per se, just a chance for anyone who believes they can hit 1000, 1100, or 1200 to come in, show their stuff, and get the respective tshirt. 375 DL / 350 squat / 275 bench should do it.

Felt good today, though I think I was a bit down on water or food because my energy slacked a bit towards the end. I kept the rests short and the reps quick. Whole thing was 40 minutes.

Got brand new DBs in the gym too! There's now at least two sets of every weight in 5lb increments from 10 to at least 150, can't remember the highest one for sure, I've got no business grabbing them. Yet.
