I do believe monday will be the start of my own 5/3/1. I don't like to be the guy "copying" everyone else, but I've been working a Westside style routine for about 12 weeks, and I'm interested in giving this a try.

I didn't start my 5/3/1 this week, I didn't get my researching done, and I'm still making gains on my mod-westside.

OHP
95x5
105x5

275x5
275x5
275x5
315x3

Linking a pic in my supplement log. I joked about hoping the new supp would work some miracle, but I was HUGE today. Whole upper body was red, vascular, and swollen.

Significant DOMS today.. Mixed emotions on this. I'm sore, but I haven't had DOMS from chest day in a while, so I wonder if my intensity has been lacking and I finally had a good bench day.

Solid work in here buddy - on the DOMS issue; do you take any BCAA's? Or was there a significant change in your diet PWO?

I find BCAAs make a huge difference - I hardly get DOMS at all. And of course, not eating enough proteins PWO will make DOMS slightly worse.

MOST LIKELY though, that supp you've started taking gave you some more steam, just like you say.

Should test-booster do that? I've kicked around the thought in the past that mine is naturally on a noticeable decline, but would the boost give me that much of a kick in the pants? If so, sign me up forMOAR!!

LOL well it's not a BCAA deficiency then!
I'm a total novice when it comes to these supps - though I am not sure why you'd need test in your, what, mid-late 20s?

It was suggested during an informal physician visit that hormonal or testosterone deficit would explain poor sleep quality, mood swings and a few other things. Been bouncing the idea that mine might be low for a while. I'll have to decide whether to continue the supplement after the first bottle or stop and see if there is a regression.

I can tell you first hand that low testosterone has messed up my sleep. There are many days I wish I had a gallon jug of test around for the good sleep alone.

It was about 5 days before I noticed an appreciable change in sleep. I'm not sleeping longer, just harder.
