Congrats on that press. Bodyweight is a great milestone. I only hit that once.

Thanks, BTB. I have the luxury or being short and relatively light! But bw presses are never the less a good milestone.

Thanks also, Spart. I've got this love-hate thing going on with the TM, but things are moving in the right direction. Can say the same things about you lifting too. SFW.

I'll also add my conditioning, as I don't even jot this down in my log. Running happens after recovery session and the day after the intensity day.

7 - 10 - 11 --- Track
400m - 80s
20x50m - No time, but were full on sprints.
400m - 103s

The 400's were more of less a warm up and cool down. As for the 50's, the each of the first and last five 50 meter sprints were followed up with a 50m walk leading into the next sprint. The remaining/middle ten 50's were done with a 50m jog in between each sprint.

7 - 12 - 11 --- Volume
Squat 5x5x315
Push Press 5x5x175
Rows 5x5x175
*Dips 3x6x80/Snatch High Pulls 3x10x135

Felt good going into today's training, but wore very quickly. Lifting in a garage when it is 95 degrees out isn't always an evironment for high performance. Thought it would be fun to see how much weight I lost in sweat. Pre-Weight was 181.5. Post weight 177.0. I also drank about 3 bottles worth of water throughout the workout... hehe.

Squat warm up felt good, so I bumped the working weight to 315. Lifts started to slow down and drag on the last reps, starting with set 3. Got everything in though.

Push presses were pretty good. For the most part, fluid. Racking on the shoulder's isn't an issue with a wider grip, but I'm experimenting with carry over to my press so I'm using a grip a close grip that doesn't allow me to rack on shoulders WHILE transferring enough energy from the push. Not really an issue for now though. Some more meat would also help.

Finished with dips and snatch high pulls. These will be the last dips I do for awhile, unfortunately. Love the lift, but as of the past two weeks, it has been bringing up some discomfort in my left shoulder. As for the high pulls, far from perfect. First time doing these so I have some corrections to make.

Good looking workout and good weight moved! I also really like that combo of exercises, gets the work done and it basic. Just as it should be!

You are a beast. Those squats look like butter. You know about what your max is right now?

Appreciate the kind words.

As for the squat max, no real idea. Going on the feel of the 2 singles at 405 from the other day, I'd say just about 420ish, give or take.
