Current diet is Tim Ferriss' 4 Hour Body, which consists of beans, beans and more beans! Add a whole lot of chicken breast, a mound of egg whites everyday and almonds up the wazoo and you pretty much sum up the food intake! Oh, and don't forget about gorging on greens like spinach everyday as well! Training is the classic Vince Gironda 8x8 routine with a pretty level split: Monday: Chest & Back Tuesday: Legs and calves Thursday: Shoulders & Arms I do cardio consistently as well as train my core on a regular basis. I started then4HB diet at 314lb, I weighed in today at 293lb, so definitely leaning out a whole lot, which will come in handy for being Bane on 10/31!!!! Bane is also the new villain in The Dark Knight Rises! I'm going to be Bane for Halloween, and since those are some serious shoes to fill it will require a serious attack on my body! Workouts to follow.

Today's workout, all exercises are performed for 8 sets at 8 repetitions, with approximately 30 seconds between sets.
Shoulders Seated overhead press 200lb dumbbell lateral raise 35lb Dumbbell front raise 35lb Rear Delt fly 120lb Dumbbell shrugs 90lb Biceps Seated Bicep curl 145lb Unilateral cable curls 30lb Dbl grip cable curl 70lb Triceps Rope overhead Tricep extensions 80lb Unilateral Tricep Pressdown 50lb Cable Tricep kickbacks 25lb Goodmstuff, worked up a great sweat, the short rest times between sets are brutal. |
