Squat- 195x5/5/5 Video of last set: Bench- 135x4 (arm still hurts from pitching the other day) dropped to 95x5/5 Deadlifts- 135x5 185x5 225x5 I threw 110 pitches the other day, needless to say my right side of my upper body is pretty sore still. dropped the weight on bench, will be back up next time. Squats and deads went well though. I think my knees are traveling a little too much during squats, any other comments?

Good work big guy!! I remember when my arm used to hurt from pitching too, always messed up benching.
Squats look great, very good depth! Keep it up

SO, your squat depth is spot-on, pure A2G. I wish I saw more people in the gym doing them like that.

Great depth. Just make sure you concentrate on pushing those knees out just a tad as you descend.

Squat- 200x5/5/5
Another video! sorry about it being sideways ![]() Military Press- 102.5x5/5/5 last rep probably took 10 seconds to get up, real ball buster Cleans- 112.5x3/3/3/3/3 Used the microloading plates today for the first time. Awesome! I'm feeling really good. Even did a little stretching afterwards
