Sorry guys i know ive been lacking with my presence on the site. But i think everything is settled and im back full throttle.

PUSH/DAY; was supposed to do back thickness day but my back was still pretty sore from friday's back width day.

Barbell Incline Press
4 sets of 5-8

HS Chest Press
3 sets of 5-8

DB Shoulder Press
4 sets of 5-8

Cable Upright Rows
3 sets of 5-8

Cable Cross-over
3 sets of 8-12

DB Lateral Raise
3 sets of 8-12

and that was the Push Day. Tomorrow is back thickness with some deadlifting!

Reverse Grip Pulldowns
Barbell Rows
Single arm HS Rows
Deadlifts
worked my way up to 365 for 3 reps

Wednesday: Legs
Front Squats squats (3x20)
Walking Lunges
Glute Ham Raise (stoked i found a gym with one- tore me up!
Leg Ext/Leg Curls just for fun

Thursday: Complex
Push Press
Back Squat
Pull-ups
RDLs
4 rounds of 8 reps each rest 2:00

then in the PM went to Pilates because the miss wanted to go, so i figured why not. The chicks in there are crazy! but was pretty challenging
