Reverse Grip Pulldowns
Barbell Rows
Single Arm HS Pulldown
Cable Row
Rope Straight ARm Pulldowns

it was a really great workout, My back felt very full and was able to move some good weight. I wanted to focus on the contraction. The back is something I need to work on. I tend to use my arms and traps to do most of the work so I really tried to focus on my technique so I actually lowered the weight a little bit but felt really good

Good job D. I really have to focus hard on making my muscles move the weight not hitting the muscles with the weight. I have sound slowing down the reps a bit really helps focus. I have also found that breaking the movement down into steps, kinda counting it out, during warm up lifts, helps me see where I need to contract or extend, before I really start the lift.

yea im slowly learning that...well still in the transition before the real move. staying at the miss' family house for now.

Well here is the update for this week. I know haven't been logging my workouts on here but I'm back this time:

This week workout:
Monday (Back Thickness)
Bent over rows (used DBs for these)
Underhand Grip Pulldowns
Cable Rows
Rack Pulls

Tuesday: Took of

Wednesday: Chest/Shoulder
DB Incline Press
HS Chest Press
Pec Flye
HS Shoulder Press
Lateral Raise superset with Bentover Raise

Thursday: Legs
Leg Ext
Leg Curls
Back Squats
Leg Press
RDLs
Lunges

Tomorrow is Back day again but focusing on width. Will post some pics of my back to see the progression, and whether or not this specializing routine I'm trying out on myself is worth anything
