Well new forum, new log, fresh start. Just started a 5x5 routine so here's the first session.

We have a whole 'fullbody workouts' section here mate, with a 'fullbody workout log' section too (we can move the log there if you want as its a fullbody workout). Also check out the 'real results' section in the fullbody workout section. its EPIC.
