B4ULS - Lower B - Week 11 - Round 2
Deadlift - 145x53
Front Squats -------------
Leg Press - 635x12 - 4 sets
SM Calf Raises - 320x8 - 3 sets
Seated Calf Raises - 180x15 - 4 sets

DL challenge was brutal. Was way tougher than I expected. Almost had a couple more, but I figured I didn't want to pass out in public.

Skipped the Front Squats, but everything else was right on target.

Incline Facepulls - 4rd pin x10 - 4 sets
Dips - BW+10 x17, x17, x8, x11 (trying to go deeper on these)
Barbell Curl - 90x9, x4, x6, x5

Nice day in the gym, strong here, not so strong there. No biggie, felt great walking out of there.

When I restart this after my vacation next week, I'm going to drop the weight on some high rep movements. Some of them are getting up there, which is good, but I feel a reset is needed to help my strength. Make sense?
