Thanks Chillen. Kind of apropos for you to post the "body talk". Had an extremely hectic day at work and my attitude could have used a little adjustment from time to time. My lips were flappin' for sure, had to button them down tight! Got my stress out in my work out!

B4ULS - Lower A - Week 11 - Round 2
Squat - 135x10, 185x6, 235x7, x4, x5
Leg Press ---------------------
RDL - 135x6, working - 205x8 - 3 sets
Leg Curl -----------------------
SM Calf Raises ---------------
Seated Calf Raise -----------

Well, as you can see, a less than spectacular session. Was already tired and cranky after a hectic and long day at work, traffic was bad, and when I get to the gym everyone was in my way. I warmed up for twenty minutes and finally got into the squat rack. Was running out of time so I decided to do the important stuff and call it a wrap. The two exercises I did took me nearly 30 mins! Unbelievable!

Then when I get home, the sink is backed up, so now I have to miss work tomorrow and flush the lines! Dinner was a burned mess...upshot of the whole day - should have stayed in bed! Haha, naah, I'm glad I got in the work that I did!

DB Incline Press - 65x10, x7, x6, x5
Barbell BOR - 135x10, 175x8, x8, x6

Hang Cleans - 3 sets of 85x5 (edit)
Chin Ups (Hammer grip) - 3 sets of 3

Messed around a bit today trying a few new things. Next week is my scheduled deload and I'll be taking it easy at the beach. So, instead of the scheduled work, I went outside the box.

Was pleased with the benching even though I don't count it as a PB. All reps were to the chest.:thumbs_up:
