B4ULS - Upper B - Week 1 - Round 1
Pullups - BWx3, BWx3, BWx3 negatives DB BOR - 75x10 - 3 sets OHP - Barx10, 65x6, 65x6, 75x6 Rear Delt Lat Raises - 12.5x10 - 3 sets Dips - BWx10 - 3 sets (the weight belt was being used) Barbell Curl - 68x10 - 3 sets I know most of you guys do way more, but I haven't worked shoulders in over six months, and I didn't want to go heavy right off the bat. I went up to 75 on the last set of presses, and that will be a good weight to start with. In six months I'll look back and laugh at the paltry weight I started with it. ![]() Overall, it was a good workout, no PBs but I'm loving the new moves. ![]() FYI, some basic stats: Height = 6' Weight = holding steady at 203 but working my way towards 210-215. Age = 45

B4ULS - Lower A - Week 1 - Round 1
Squat - 95x12, 190x6 - 3 sets - kind of tough today(?) Leg Press - 555x10 - 4 sets SLDL - 135x12, 175x6 - 4 sets Leg Curl - 125x10 - 4 sets Smith Machine Calf Raise - 250x6 - 4 sets - PB for reps Seated Calf Raise - 180x10 - 4 sets I think I was a little weaker on the squats because I had to do the routine out of order. The rack was occupied for a long time. But, overall was a good session.

B4ULS - Upper A - Week 1 - Round 1 Barbell BOR - 95x12, 135x6 - 3 sets Wide Grip Pull Down - 11th pin x10 - 4 sets Bench Press - 105x12, 180x6 - 3 sets - PB (finally!) ![]() DB Incline Press - 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 40x10 EZ Extension - 73x10, 73x10, 73x8, 73x7 Shrugs - 150x10 - 4 sets Great session today. I knew I was strong, felt strong and was strong! One of those days when mood, motivation and strength are all in sync. ![]() I backed off the extensions because last week was a mistake. I don't want to use an isolation movement like that for heavy progressive sets, instead lighter with high reps. I swear, there have been a lot of motivational posts lately that kept me psyched all day for this workout. Just one reason why I made the switch to M&B!
