SDS4DS - Re-Boot - Week 2 - Shoulders and Biceps - Strength
Seated BTNP - 135x3-3-3, 145x3-3-3-3-3 DB Lat Raises - 25x10-10-10 BB Curl - 68x5-5-5-5-5 (1 min. rest intervals) Neck pain had subsided enough for strength reps. Started way back, but felt strong throughout the pressing. Might have to up the lat raise to 30s next time, although I didn't have much luck with that last time.

Thanks, I had a pretty good weekend given the legs DOMS I had. Yeah!
SDS4DS - Re-Boot - Week 2 - Legs - Density Squat - 225x9-7-7 Leg Press - 745x10-10-10 Date night so that's all I had time for, but smashing good workout. Very pleased.

SDS4DS - Phase 2 - Week 1 - Chest and Triceps - Density
Bench Press - 195x5-3-3-2-4-4-4 (27) CGBP - 165x5-5-4-4-4-5-5 (32) (PR for reps) DB Ext. - 25#KB x10-10-10 Good workout. I tried to incorporate some tweaks from the "So You Think You Can Bench" videos to refine my form. One thing about the lousy benches at my gym, the hooks curve so far upwards that you have to lift the bar up and out. That messes up the solid foundation you created with your traps. From now on, I'm getting a lift off when I can. That helped greatly for the last sets today. The rest was strong.
