Cycle 4, Week 1, Day 3
Push Press - first day ![]() Bar x lots 135x5 155x5 165x5 175x8 PB More Push Press 115x8 115x8 115x8 Arnold Press 70's x 6 70's x 8 70's x 6 Triceps Pushdown - Instead of shrugs did triceps since I'll deadlift Monday 80x8 80x8 80x8 80x8 Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown - different weight stack with more pulleys 140x8 140x8 140x8 Chin-Ups BW x 5 PB WOOT! BW x 3 BW x 4 BW x 4 BW x 4 Great workout. Push presses felt a little awkward at first but they felt good soon after. Anything I lost in switching from strict military presses as far as concentrating on form is definitely made up in the fact that the weight is heavier. I'm excited to push progression on these. Feel awesome about the chin-ups, 10 weeks ago I couldn't even do 1. Really gonna try to push progression on these, I like looking like I have lats .

Haha my lats, shoulders and triceps are what feel destroyed. The guy who didn't walk in front of the camera was a regular patron at the gym, all of whom look at me like I'm crazy with my camera. The other guy is my dad and workout partner for the summer!
