That butt cheek thing might be hop related. You get it during or after RDLs by any chance?
Nice to see your bench form is getting questions. It's so rare to see someone benching with solid form. The world needs more bench tutorials.

I got the weirdo pain as soon as I started my first set of squats, and its still kind of nagging today. Almost like it's a slightly pulled muscle, oh well haha. Inagree about bench form, more than anything else I tried to emphasize things like tucking your elbows and other things to try and save joints and prevent injuries.
