Good workout. Looks like I'll be finally adding 2 pounds to the bench press next week.
The "1 pound" progression rate seems to be working incredibly well to the pull down. I feel like I could add 1 pound to it every week, forever.

1x8, 30kg dropped the weight cause I changed from cables to dumbell

1x8, 18kg

I used to do this workout in 50-55min. Today it was 40min tops. Gotta keep up the pace
