Sidebend 1x8, 32kg Deadlift 2x8, 62kg Standing Press W, 32kg 2x8, 25kg Barbell Curl W, 35kg 2x8, 25kg Close Grip Bench Press 2x8, 41kg Reverse Wrist Curl 1x8, 16kg Things are getting pretty rough. Think I'll end this cycle within the month. |

Crunch 8xBW +2kg Squat W, 63kg 2x8, 51kg Stiff 1x12, 28kg Bench Press W, 66kg 2x8, 56kg Pull Down W, 74kg 2x8, 67kg Calf Raise W, 123kg 1x8, 107kg Shrug 1x8, 69kg Good workout. Looks like I'll be finally adding 2 pounds to the bench press next week. The "1 pound" progression rate seems to be working incredibly well to the pull down. I feel like I could add 1 pound to it every week, forever. |

Sidebend 1x8, 30kg dropped the weight cause I changed from cables to dumbell Deadlift 2x8, 64kg Standing Press W, 33kg 2x8, 26kg Barbell Curl W, 36kg 2x8, 26kg Close Grip Bench Press 2x8, 43kg Reverse Wrist Curl 1x8, 18kg I used to do this workout in 50-55min. Today it was 40min tops. Gotta keep up the pace
