Warm up 10 min. Swings & Snatches - 24kg x 30/30 (switch hands every 30 sec.) Sandbag Clean & Press - 100 x 3, 125 x 2 10min.- 135 x 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1 10min. Sandbag Shouldering/Asymmetrical Squat - 150 x (L/R) 3/3,3/3 I'm thinking 5 days instead of 6. Train M>F. I feel like I need the 2 days rest at this point.
