Nice work Wlfdg! That Fighter KB session looks like a killer.

We once dog sat an Irish Wolfhound, it had to do a 3-point turn in order to about face in the hallway

Remember, if you are hiking in bear territory, you always want to bring along a buddy that is slower than you. That way you don't have to outrun the bear. You just have to outrun your buddy!

Well thank you Ma'am! It's a fun one!

The Wolfhound is a huge dog! My dog is a wolf x dog mix.

I never heard the bear joke before, but I'll remember it the next time I'm in the woods.

JFTR - That's not exactly how bear safety works.

Still got my gym time in.
I'm happy with my session even though it was on less than 4hrs. sleep.

10min. warm up - Swings - 32kg x 30/30
Back Squats - work up 135 x 5, 155, 175 x 3
10min - 190 x 3,3,3,3,3

10min.
Pullups - BW x 5,5,5,5,5
DB OH Press - 60's x 5,5,5,5,5

10min
Clean Grip Deadlift - 295 x 3,3,3,3
Weighted Dips - 32kg x 3,3,3,3

During my squats I was instructed by Mr.19yr.oldPersonalTrainer that if I "slowed down and went for more reps [I] might actually gain something out of this." LOL! I said "WOW! REALLY? THANKS! "
Great workout btw.

Warm up
10 min. Swings & Snatches - 24kg x 30/30 (switch hands every 30 sec.)

Sandbag Clean & Press - 100 x 3, 125 x 2
10min.- 135 x 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1

10min. Sandbag Shouldering/Asymmetrical Squat - 150 x (L/R) 3/3,3/3

I'm thinking 5 days instead of 6. Train M>F. I feel like I need the 2 days rest at this point.

You play dead, right?

Yeah, right! I'd love to see the guy with stones enough to act dead when a bear is shuffling toward them!

YOU need rest!?! Goodness, I must be close to my deathbed then!

Nice workouts.

Nothing beats a weekend of rest.

Are you deadlifting the bag first, or starting from a zercher-like position?

Nice workouts.

No you stand your ground, try to look big and make lots of noise. You don't "play dead" until the bear knocks you to the ground.

You are a funny guy Mike!
