What are 3/4 deadlifts? Rack deadlifts?
Speaking of every angle...you guys do any pullups/pull downs on back days, or does he stick to rows?

Coop's been a member of the forum for a long time, as have I. I don't care if he changes his routine alot, he can do whatever he wants. He's always given me loads of positive encouragement, and I really appreciate his presence on the forum. If you have a problem with him asking for advice and not using it then I have a simple solution for you: don't give him advice. There's no reason to discourage him and talk shit. If you're not here to encourage other lifters then you're the one who needs to get off the forum. That's what this forum has been about since day one. If you're not gonna give encouragement, or constructive criticism then get out of his log.

I agree with Strkout. This isn't bb.com. If you don't have anything positive to post, don't post.
At the end of the day actions speak louder than words. If Coop posts and trains hard great. If he doesn't post and doesn't train, we haven't lost anything: he has. Let's leave the riding to the bodytrolls yeah. LtL
