Thanks btb, I'm really happy with this program. The simplicity of it makes it hard to believe it could work until i see the results im getting after only 3 weeks or so.

Of course I had worked out for a few years before and also I stopped working out almost a year immediately following this routine, but I experienced awesome gains none the less while doing this 5x5. finally after a razy week of traveleing and playing rugby all over got back to the weights.
Squat 142x5 175x5 202x5 232x5 265x5 Bench 120x5 142x5 164x5 186x5 210x5 Rows 96x5 112x5 136x5 158x5 180x5 Assistance Seated Good mornings 96x8 96x8 Weighted Sit ups 33x10 33x10 33x10 33x10 Got an intense rush feeling in my head after the last rep on squats that helped me power through the bench. Same thing happened on the last rep of bench. Felt awesome and just wanted to make me keep lifting.

got up early and powered through this one. love this day of the program. something about overhead press and deadlifts gets me all happy on the inside.
squats 175x5 202x5 232x5 232x5 Overhead Press 79x5 96x5 112x5 125x5 PR Deadlift 210x5 254x5 300x5 333x5 PR!! the deadlifts were awesome. my pr from last week flew up off the ground. this weeks pr felt good. the first rep was a bit of a smack to the face but after that i powered through. think im going to try and add 11 pounds to this week if i can.

142x5 175x5 202x5 232x5 270x3 210x8<-- was too lazy to take the plate off and put the 33s the 5s and the 2.5's on. but it was lazyness for the sake of moving a few more pounds so maybe not so bad Bench 120x5 142x5 164x5 186x5 215x3 164x8 Rows 96x5 112x5 136x5 158x5 186x3 136x8 Assistance Weighted Dips 27x8 27x7.5 just couldnt get all the way up on the last rep 27x8 Bar curls 10x68 10x68 8x68 Skull Crushers 68x10 68x10 68x6 Good workout. still progressing. no pr's this week cause i did more then this on the one day i lifted last week but didnt want to get too far ahead of myself so stuck with the program. Did have a problem with the awful smells my body was prducing throughout the workout though. had to vacate the garage once or twice after a set for a few seconds

had a late workout monday night and passed our right after so here it is
Squats 147x5 180x5 210x5 237x5 270x5 Bench 125x5 147x5 169x5 191x5 215x5 Rows 101x5 120x5 142x5 164x5 186x5 Assistance Seated Gm's 107x8 107x8 Weighted sit ups 0x0 was just too exhausted at this point. long day and a solid ass kicking workout put me down for the count. Overall felt pretty good. took a while to get going but got my way through it. The last set of bench was pretty taxing and almost didnt make it on the last rep at the very top.
