Congrats on the OHP PR. That is a very satisfying lift for me. I almost obsess about it more than bench.

Now onto the important stuff
Squats 131x5 164x5 197x5 226x5 265x3 PR 197x8 Bench 107x5 131x5 153x5 175x5 210x3 <-- two plates per side on my ghetto olympic bar! PR 153x8 Rows 85x5 107x5 131x5 153x5 180x3 PR 131x8 Assistance Weighted Dips 22x8 22x8 22x8 BB Curl 68x8 68x8 68x8 Skull Crushers 68x8 68x8 68x7 Overall great workout again. the weight for the dips dropped because i have problem holding a dumbell with my big goofy feet. Dad rigged me up a belt out of a ratchet strap so i used the 22lb plate and increaseed my reps. Think next week im going to keep these weights for the assistance work but try for 10 reps on all sets. My dad helped me with my bench form, brought my hands in just a little bit and really helped me get my feet under me. The 210 went up easy so can;t wait to smash it again on monday.

Nice work all over!
![]() Did I miss something? Where do you play rugby? My nephew plays on a club out of Penn State. Not sure if he's still there as recently I heard he's trying to go to Ireland for a school there. Anyway, interesting sport. I love watching the Tri-Nations Cup and the bigger events that make it to my ghetto sattelite package. ![]() Keep Crushing! |

That's funny! He hasn't played much this year as he is recovering from a meniscus tear and microfracture surgery on his knee which happened sometime this Spring, which is also why his Ireland school scholarship is on hold (I really have to catch up with my sister and her family more goodness!). Did you play them last year? That was his first year. He's wiry dude, about 5'10'' maybe a buck sixty, long hair, doesn't look like he could crack an egg, but he's apparently fast and tough. Plays one of those outside wing positions.
Yeah, the Aussies and Kiwis are sick. The first Tri-Nations I ever saw had this monster Tanna Umonga or something like that. Seriously like 250 pounds and fast as a greyhound. I love those names they have. Umonga just sounds tough. Sounds like a comic book hero. Mike isn't so frightening. Sounds like an ex-surfer on a bar stool at any local watering hole. HA! Good Luck against the Irish! |

This week has been a little crazy with traveling around and having multiple rugby practices in the intense heat. Got a real good workout in on tuesday. Probably won't be working out again this week until we play some games on friday. The USA sevens coach will be there so as a team we want to impress more so then as individuals.
Tuesday (started by doing what my buddy had been doing but slowly took it back to my workout) Squats with Calf pulses 225x7 with 60 lb db each hand x50 245x7 with 65x 50 275x4 with 65x 50 275x4 with 65x 50 Bench 135x5 155x5 175x5 195x5 215x5 PR went up easy! Rows 95x5 115x5 135x5 155x5 185x5 PR Great workout in my book. counted the 135 as a warmup i guess or just lost track of the sets i was doing lol.

Notre Dame Rugby Comes to Town | NBC Philadelphia
here is a quick news coverage on Notre dame playing us this week. Sadly no face time for me but i made some massive hits and even had a nice interception for a long score when we scrimmaged them. We won both games pretty decisively
