Thanks guys. Here are some updates post w/o pics. After 10 sets Bb Presses with band and 4 S.S. Tri press Downs. Ab's later today with Tri's again. New place I won't have to stand for pics.
That makes me happy.

1. cutting down 2. I have been doing more Brackeas work to help push it up higher to over come my front delt covering up so much of it.
