To that end, my routine will basically be like this: Wednesdays that I work - Bench (all 3 grip variations), weighted dips, press downs and ab wheel or Wednesdays that I have off - Elevated pushups (all 3 hand placements), seated dips, DB triceps extensions, and ab wheel Thursdays - Deadlift (alternating between standard, deficit, and rack pulls from week to week), leg curls, calf presses, and cable crunches Fridays – Overhead presses (military, BTN, and/or clean n’ press), pull-ups (weighted as much as possible), curls, and shrugs, and ab wheel Saturdays – Squats, leg curls, calf presses, and cable crunches I’m glad to be coming back and am really happy that I am now living MY life. Stay tuned.

Time: 30 min Notes: June 6th I have my Doc’s appt. to be cleared for lifting at work. In the meantime I’m rocking some gymless stuff, which I’ll probably continue on my off days. Today I did a lower body circuit that I think would kick anyone’s ass. Ankle Grabbers – No rest, on to next exercise 10 10 10 10 Lunge Walk (from room to stairs) – No rest, on to next exercise 10 steps 10 steps 10 steps 10 steps Calf Raises – No rest, on to next exercise 20 25 30 30 Lunge Walk back – No rest, on to next exercise 10 steps 10 10 10 Ab Wheel – 1 minute rest, repeat circuit 20 25 25 25

Time: 30 min Notes: I only did 3 exercises, but one of them was my latest invention which I call the Arnold Hammer! Curl n’ presses with a twist… a hammer curl into an Arnold press. I only have 20 lb dumbbells, which felt really light at first, but got much heavier as I went. Tomorrow I start work late so I am going to see about deadlifting before my shift, should be fun. Semi-paleo, avoiding grains and soy but I am using natural peanut butter and chilli w/beans occasionally.

I have been on Paleo for 80% of the time over the last 3 months. Hard to stay on it 100% for me at times, but it's been working well for strength.
