Age:23 Training year:3 BW:81KGs Height:1.76m Top lifts: (all lifts are in KGs) Military Press:68 for 5reps. Bench press:98 for 5reps. Squats:108 for 5r. Deadlfts:135 for 5r. Bent over row:85 for 5. Incline BP:85 for 5. CGBP:88 for 5. Barbell curl i suck at this one)around 50kg for 5.Chinups:10-12 straight. Pullups:Can do up to 10 on the first set with quite ease. Calf Raises seated:70kg for 10reps. Front Squat:85 for 5r. I will be using the Reeves Classic routine,2-3 times per week.I will start a bit meium on the weights and build my reps up. The routine is: Reeves classic physique squat..........3x8-12 bb row........3x8-12....DL 3x5* see note bhp............3x8-12<-only one change here,I will be doing military presses. bench.........3x8-12 BB/DB curl...3x8-12 dips............5x10@BW Try for sets of 10, but do what you can. I promised pics.These were taken like two months ago.I was on the Warrior Diet with tremendous strength gains,and will do it again while on Reeves routine.
Goals:Reach 88kg at10% bf in BW,till September.Will be doing a little cardio on the end of each training session.Calories per day will be around 3500-4000kcal. |

Yes.I wont be counting that much the ratios of fat-protein-carbs,just making surte to hit the kcals per day at first.Then do what i did before:Use the WD,as a keto run for 5 days,then carb up on Weekends to shed some more fat that way.Had done it before and worked like a charm.But best part is as i sated before,the energy levels it gives you.
