I got my pic's loaded on M&S, I seen where we need to keep 2 logs going. Shaw is going to help upload my pic's tomorrow, might have something to do with me being new user to this forum??

Sleep and watch Rocky marathon....lol. Multigrain Cheerios, banna, Tilipia, salad, Turkey on whole wheat flat bread, and Lite Choclate Cream EAS shake is all I took in for day.
