Workout Time: 59 minutes Workout Grade: A- Played it by ear today. My lower back has been "out" for 3 days. It was 75 going into squats so I decided to test it. I rarely feel lower back on squats so I didn't think it would be a problem, and it wasn't. The sets about 300 all felt heavy on my back but the reps were easy. A very good sign. I tried a few ultra-wide warmup sets and while easy, my depth is poor. At least 6-8 inches above parallel. Pretty good session. First time I have squatted 80%+ in 3 months. Squats 45 x 10 145 x 5 - Ultra wide 145 x 5 235 x 1 - Ultra wide 235 x 1 325 x 1 355 x 1 385 x 1 415 x 1 415 x 1 415 x 1 415 x 1 325 x 5 325 x 5 325 x 5 325 x 5 Leg Extensions *30 seconds rest between sets 90 x 10 90 x 10 90 x 10 90 x 8 90 x 6 Weighted Sit Ups 45 x 10 45 x 10 45 x 10 45 x 10 45 x 10 Big Rig Supplements NO Xhaust BIG RIG SUPPLEMENTS - Supplements|Vitamins |Bodybuilding Supplements|Protein Supplements ![]() Third day with this product and still very satisfied. No quad pumps, but that's not unusual. Solid energy and focus.
