Monday was max deads off 4 inch mats:
warmed up wit triples to 405. added briefs 500x1 added suit 565x1 600x1 635x1 PR! My deadlift is coming along nicely.....its been 3 years since I pulled a PR and 3 years since I've been at 600+.....I think alot of it is technique and all the speed deads I have been doing. Bodyweight still sitting around 168. I am going to start narrowing my focus a bit with training....really start prepping....working the gear more...taking what I think will be openers a few times and seeing how they feel...cutting down accessory work to save my joints..ect ect....the only thing lacking right now is bodyweight! LOL |

Squat today:
barx10 140x3 230x3 320x1 briefs on 410x1 500x1 Suit on 590x1 straps down 680x1 straps up I cut it there....680 moved ok, but my body felt really beat....I had a long weekend and was running on no sleep and I hadnt eaten anything all day. Didnt use knee wraps today, so thats a good sign that I was strong without them. Means technique was good and I'll be even stronger with the pop out of the hole. |

Speed bench:
155 bar weight....80 lbs tension for 9x3 with varying grips 5x5 bench with 255 bar weight Lat pull downs 4x15 shrugs 4x15 bent over rows 4x12 tricep extensions 4x12 Good day....flushed out the system....bench speed is def. there right now....test it al out on saturday. BW is 164 today after 1 gallon of water and 3 meals...not bad! |
