Took a few days off to rest...feeling a little beat up from the multiple reps and no gear....going to stroud's friday to get my squat in....pretty excited!

Last few weeks have been a lot of assistance work and rep stuff for recovery. I finally got to train at Stroud's this weekend. Here is how it went
Giant camber bar and 120 lbs of chain: 10x2 off box Speed pulls with 315 from floor...6x1 abs GHR Reverse hyper Bench day: Worked up to 405 off 2 board with shirt and smoked it.....the rep work and the time off has paid off! I plan on getting back to it next week in austin. |
