Great progress! Very inspirational. It won't take much muscle to make a big impact. Looks like you have a solid upper body base to work with.

I may as well keep my workout log here as well. Feel free to share your thoughts.
I will be lifting in Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursdays with a little cardio after. Monday and Wednesday will be cardio and abs. 4/24/2011 warm up on elliptical 1.30 miles @ 11:00 minutes Bench Press 125lbs 3 X 8 Dead Lift 225lbs 2 X 6 Fly 100lbs 3 X 8 too light I think Lat PullDown 50lbs 3 X 8 little heavy on last set With each lift, I always do three warm-up sets starting pretty light with first set and about 30 pounds from work set on third warm-up set. Treadmill 10 minutes @ 7.1 mph 2 minutes @ 3.5 mph and 1.5 incline Total distance-1.30 mile Bike 17:25 minutes for 5 miles |

Awesome work mate. UYou have come a long way and completely changed yourself. like has already been said it wont take much now to make a big difference. You have a good base and obviously a good discipline. Got get it brother

warm up---Elliptical 1.3 miles @ 11:00 minutes Overhead barllbell press 3 x 8,7,6 missed reps. Too heavy? Triceps Extension machine 3 x 8 80lbs Preacher Curl with EZ bar 3 x 8 60lbs Over head triceps kickback 3 x 8 25lbs Dumb bell curls 3 x 8 20lbs straight arm shoulder fly 3 x 8 12.5lbs Treadmill 1.0 mile @ 8:00 minutes .5 mile @ 9:00 minutes @ 3.5mph and 2% incline for cool down |

I think the weight ion the presses is just right. You want to be in that zone where you are pushing yourself close to failure, but not too failure.
