THURSDAY: Workout B
I decided to finish off each exercise after my main lifts with an extra light set, nothing to crazy. just a little more reps with a lighter rep to increase some volume and just to focus mainly on keeping form nice and tight throughout the movement (not logging those) 1.BHN Push Press (Snatch Grip - 6x3) 135/145/155/165/175/175 2.Front Squat (3x5) 185/205/225 3.Seated DB Shoulder Press (3x5) 75/85/90 4.Underhand Grip Chin-ups (3x5) BW+25/BW+25/BW+30 5.Bench Press (3x5) 205/225/225 6.Dips (3x5) BW+45/BW+70/BW+70

Datum D. you are strong as furk buddy... Your lifts are at a great level mate, you are where i would like to be, I am watching how these oly style lifts treat you with major interest.
