J_Byrd Training Log
I will start to keep a log here as well as a few other sites. I am always looking for feedback, and if you have any questions feel free to ask. I have taken most of the week off this week to recover from a meet on 4-9-11. I have been lifting in the 308 class, but am slowly trying to make the cut to 275. I have not been that light in several years! Current body weight is 308.

I do a lot of stuff by feel. I use some westside ideas, and my own pyramid stuff. I use a little bands, but mostly just weights from different positions.

Body weight was 307.0 this morning. Lowest my true morning bodyweight has been in a good bit. Just over a month ago I was 323.5. If you cant tell I am pretty happy about that. Goal is to be under 300 by the end of the month.

Yeah, I have just limited my carbs. I am eating high protien meals, and only 3 a day. Really helped my recovery and strength gains.

Alright, put off being back in the gym long enough. Did some nice easy incline dumbell work and abs.
incline dumbells 1x50@60lbs 1x30@60lbs 1x10@ 60lbs deep streach Roman Chair situps 2x10 Crunches 2x20. Just enough to get a pump. |
