Monster work there JB! And Honeycutt too! Some mighty big deadlifts. You're about 28-29? I assumed you were much older considering your accomplishments.

And that gym looks awesome too! You guys the only ones using it? And is that a recliner I saw there?

I turn 29 in June, and I think Honeycutt just turned 29 in January. There are 3 more peole that I train with. One is 53, and his son who is about my age, and the guy who owns the gym who is 51 (I think). Its a great place to lift. Just the basics, I wouldnt want it any other way!!! No recliner, but there is two office chairs haha.

Tom Platz approves of those leg extension sets.

Bench- One of those days were it feels like crap warming up, then all of a sudden its a great day!

warm ups
3x5@135
2x6@225
1x5@335
Assassain on
1x3@435- didnt really move
1x2@525 3board then 2board
2board rest of the way
1x2@605
1x1@695
1x1@765 PR!!!!
1x0@785- started in bad position, but did control it well. Moved it some, but spotters had to take it. I will give this a go again in a few weeks.

Overall I am pretty happy. First PR in the bench in awhile, even if it is the 2 board. I am in a lot better control with the shirt now. Thanks to Ryano for telling me to just load the bar! Best advice I have had in awhile as simple as that was!
