Great stuff, JB. And with a broken finger no less. Inspiring!

I did a doubletake on that picture! At first I thought it was a double amputee! Geeze, next time use different colored balls!

Everyone else was deadlifting today, but being I trained my back earlier in the week I had to get a squat in. I lifted in my single ply briefs, wraps and belt. Weights were really light. I prob could have done the 715 for a few more reps, but I am just trying to ease into the cycle.

Everyone had a good day at the gym, saw some nice deads, and some solid rep work by everyone. Time to rest for the weekend, and do some RDL and good mornings on Monday.

Haha! Sad part is I didnt even try to get the suit on today

Foam rolling and stretching.
straight leg deads off 4inch box to floor

super set with good mornings

Spent 20 minutes in the hot tub after the lift, and did some streatching.
