Back feels fine from the deadlift, but hamstrings are stiff/sore. The strength is coming back quickly though, which is a great thing. Elbows are still sore, but manageable.

On a side note, I interview for a vacant head coaching position tommorow, hope it goes well.

I plan on doing a bench meet in Norfolk, VA on Feb 19th. Next full power meet will be in either May or June.

Bench

Lots of really light dumbbell warm ups

Jack shirt on

1x1@655 1board (bang the dang pin at the top)
1x1@705 1board (about 5-10lbs on right side)
1x0@745 3board (weight moved pretty well, just couldn't lock it)

1set of band pushdowns and 1 set of dumbbell pullovers. Stopped because it felt like elbow was about to pop into!

Overall pretty happy with the set, clean lockout at 705 on left, and just a hair slow on the right. I will even it out though. Was good to handle 745, as thats the weight that I dumped and tore my tricep several months back. This is the first time I have handled it since then!
