Dead all done traditional stance(I pull sumo)

Foam roll
Various warm UPS
4x3@135
2X3@245
2X3@335 put belt on
1X6@435
1X12@435

Super set leg extensions with leg press
120 reps then 15 on leg press
100 reps then 10 on leg press

Near vomit at this point haha.
