Thanks guys, its hard to take a weight that is 50% of your max, and feel good about doing it. At least I know that the hamstring is making progress, which for now is the goal.

Did some hammer curls on Sunday while I was waiting on the kid I train on the weekends. Nice arm pump, but nothing special to write about.

Bench night

5x10@30lb incline dumbells
3x8@bar
3x8@135
2x6@225
Jack on
315x3 moved an inch or 2
405x3 worked down to about 2 board height
495x3 2board
575x3 2board
635x3 2board

3x6@245 bent over rows
3x15 tri push downs

Shirt fits great in the arms, but the chest plate is too big. I will prob spend another 3 weeks in the shirt, get the feel for some weights again. After that I will have about 2 inches taken from the chest plate. Weights felt pretty fast for the first time in over a month lifting equipped. I will try to handle some weight next week.
